EXTENSION OF BLEPHAROPLASTY
The classical surgery of blepharoplasty includes a section at the limits of the lower lash line which soon disappears. Access to the periosteum cheekbone is direct from this section. Since the preparation of the periosteum and the recovery of one achieves recovery of the entire system of mimic muscles of the person overgrown the zygomatic bone. Also the use of special absorbable sutures enhance visibility of subcutaneous fat of the zygomatic and thus ease-lowering cheilopareiaki groove.
